The Superior Home Rebate program is an optional program that is open to Superior Credit Union members that are buying a home and complete a mortgage through Superior Credit Union. The rebate program requires that the borrower also choose to use the services of Superior Title, LLC, and Superior Plus Realtors as their service providers for title services, and real estate agent services, respectively. Borrower understands that they are under no obligation to use any of the Superior affiliate services and refusal to do so will not have any effect on their approval for a mortgage loan. Choosing not to take part in the Home Rebate program will not affect any rates, fees or costs associated with your Superior mortgage loan. Borrower is free to choose any service provider and is not required to participate in the rebate program to obtain a mortgage loan with Superior Credit Union. With the recent reduction in interest rates, we inquired to see if we could qualify for a better mortgage rate with Superior. We applied online to inquire about refinancing and were contacted within a day by Alisha at Superior. She provided us with plenty of information, answered all our questions and was great to work with. We qualified for a better interest rate which ultimately led to a reduction on our minimum principal and interest payment. This gave us the ability to reduce the time to pay off our mortgage by making the same monthly payment as we were with our previous lender.
